Solid org but competitive space. Pricing hurt how competitive the product was.

This is a great product in terms of the platform itself. Go to market is totally messed up, they hire people to spearhead the gtm who aren't from the industry and want to sell to enterprise but the leaders approach it very transactionally. There is very little outbound success despite talented SDR's and inbound is also sparse.
