My overall experience was good, although I do believe compensation can be better. The work culture and teams were very supportive and welcoming to the company. A gamut of opportunities is also offered for professional development.

I’m a relationship banker. The only way to earn incentive is to refer clients to Merrill (investments), which doesn’t actually go on your scorecard anyways!
