I’m a relationship banker. The only way to earn incentive is to refer clients to Merrill (investments), which doesn’t actually go on your scorecard anyways!

Decent company to begin a BDR career with. Management does encourage you to explore other products to sell so you have flexibility.

Generally compensation for long term employees is not at market level. Generous bonus incentive is talked about but typically not given. Great company for culture, investment in technology, and community involvement. Not a place to look if you want to work remotely or in a suburban area.
