Overall experience is good. Commision is paid annually which is sometimes a bonus and a curse. Specifically work in advisory so don’t brokerage insurance A lot of internal management to get in front of clients and prospects

Sales team is insanely micromanaged especially if you’re newly onboard, no matter your experience. Uncomfortable training sessions and always seemed to be on a zoom call with “trainers” . Pay was great but culture was very disappointing.
