There have been highs and lows, but a prevailing factor is the consistency of the organization. Every other rep I know at almost every other company has been through at least one layoff in the last two years, and all the while, BambooHR has been getting better and better. We are growing and improving while other companies are struggling to make ends meet because of the fiscal responsibility of BambooHR. That’s something to be proud of. I’ll continue to be here a long time.

The Sales Org has complicated commissions and the multiplier isn't very incentivizing. They have also broken out roles in the last year making it very difficult to get promoted but pretty easy to get demoted. Product is getting there but takes a really long time to roll out new products then another year to add necessary functionality to that feature. A good company...Read More
