Current Employee2.1Oct 12, 2023BMC has potential but there are very few leads, and only one product actually sells. Leadership is out of touch, and people are afraid to speak their minds. Some teams do well but most do not. Very few reps hit their number last year and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.
