The leadership is horrendous. Truly the most toxic environment you can imagine. The amount of reps who hit their number last year on the dsom enterprise side of the house you can count on one hand- quotas are completely unachievable.

This is a great place to learn software sales. There are some fantastic people to learn from. Products aren’t the most inspiring, but that helps you learn how to sell!

I definitely enjoy working here at BMC. There are pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons, for sure. Leadership is good, however, it has become more and more "micro-managing" in the last 6 months. There are lots of top down initiatives since the CRO left that have focused on cuts and limiting additional spend. I believe this has started a trickle down effect...Read More
