I definitely enjoy working here at BMC. There are pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons, for sure. Leadership is good, however, it has become more and more "micro-managing" in the last 6 months. There are lots of top down initiatives since the CRO left that have focused on cuts and limiting additional spend. I believe this has started a trickle down effect that might drastically change things in the near future.
