The culture is terrible especially if you are a woman. Definately a good old boys club who were vocal about a woman's place when it came to sales. Micromanagement and no processes. It all depended on if you were in good graces with VP and Manager on if you could get any deals done. Focus for sales was short sighted. Only worried about today instead of long term. It was such a terrible, toxic place to work, I've had to take time off to readjust to 'real life' people instead of this place. #1 Salesperson for 2022 and let go in March for unknown reasons. Litterally think its because I had a conversation with upper management the night before about my new manager and how toxic it was, was let go the next morning.

My overall experience was positive in terms of day-to-day but the culture has changed a lot over the years. The complex nature of the sales process and cycle kept me engaged and I was always learning something new about my clients and the solution I sold.
