I really like Sitetracker and the people I was around. There is absolutely a hierarchy, where you and an early-stage employee? Are you in the inner circle? That does not mean leadership is not smart (they are), they just might think you're incompetent. I'd say their compensation is average or below average (they are US East Coast tech).
