Current Employee I really like Sitetracker and the people I was around. There is absolutely a hierarchy, where you and an early-stage employee? Are you in the inner circle? That does not mean leadership is not smart (they are), they just might think you're incompetent. I'd say their compensation is average or below average (they are US East Coast tech). I think this place is great for (1) A new AE or SE - you'll see good bosses and bad ones. You will learn MEDDPIC (you'll hate the way they teach it, but you will appreciate it afterwards). (2) Someone experienced looking for a place to call home for a year or two for whatever reason (burn-out, work/life balance). Just don't get caught up in the politics. You'll have a repeatable process with a fairly simple process and you don't need to be technical.
Don't go here looking for an exit (or take a role as an equity play) - the options will be worth something, but there is a ceiling to what this company can achieve. The product is not anything too impressive, but you can't argue with their ACV and revenue retention.
