Generally a positive experience. There seems to be a lot of fluctuation in ability to attain quota YoY based on the accounts you’re given. Most lead generation activity from marketing/sales enablement happens for the new logo team so account management reps are left on their own to generate opportunities.

The culture is terrible especially if you are a woman. Definately a good old boys club who were vocal about a woman's place when it came to sales. Micromanagement and no processes. It all depended on if you were in good graces with VP and Manager on if you could get any deals done. Focus for sales was short sighted. Only worried about today instead of long term....Read More
