The biggest downfall currently is their CRM information could be changed by anyone, this caused many duplicate accounts and peers stealing deals from each other, this was changed recently and they have started only allowing managers to change CRM details. Current Employee3.6May 26, 2024Leadership has been raising quota (and shrinking territories) since Jan 2024. Attainment has decreased significantly, any many reps have left/were fired. Low morale overall.
