The culture is drastically declining, management seems to be leading like chickens with their heads cut off. They don't have a good answer for any legitimate question or concern. They've tripled our quotas within 3 months which is obviously directly affecting our income as well as our numbers. They're also taking away incentives that we used to have, or at least making it near impossible to actually get them.

An absolute circus but you can kill it if you get onto accelerators. Loads of great customers/household names but an inability to get them live/look after them really holds us back.

Private Equity installed leadership that either don't fully understand the business, or are thinking short term for another exit. Over hiring and putting people on PIPs.
