My overall experience was one of the worst one's I've had in my sales career. Nobody was hitting quota which led to the turnover in the sales org being absolutely mind boggling (and it's still like that today). I'd stay far away from this company.

Great so far albeit the company is changing direction all the time which makes it hard to stay focused. On the other hand, it never gets boring and every employee has an opportunity to shine.

amazing product, some good local leadership. The founders are really bad. they have worked in 1 company for most of the career and have no idea how to sell to today's customers. They go out of their way to change sales plan and find a way to not pay their sales reps. Please avoid the company at all cost.
