Amazing company to work for. Has it's own unique internal challenges, and sales will only get harder as more companies move to cloud but they are fair, have a strong culture, and set realistic goals.

Atlassian is very immature from a sales perspective. It's quite frankly like the wild west where you hear multiple different opinions from different directions in Leadership. Good pay, good benefits, but the culture is strange when you're letting go of top performers.

The amazing culture (great people, amazing benefits, soft sales culture) used to make up for the (slightly below) average pay. In the last year or so, everything that used to make Atlassian great has taken a turn for the worse.
