Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The last 3-5 years have been great with lots of opportunity migrating large enterprise companies to the Cloud. It was fast paced, very challenging, but at the same time rewarding. I learned a lot and am very thankful for that. With that said, Atlassian implemented a complete re-org of the GTM business and moral is at an all time low. Compensation structure has been changed reducing earning potential while at the same time massively expanding headcount, which is reducing opportunity. Overall a great company but be weary until the kinks have been worked out with the re-org.
