Really good experience so far. Culture is everything I thought it would be and everyone has been incredibly helpful. Product is solid and good amount of prospects to go after. Overall very good.

Overall super awful leadership in the EDR Space. Organization cannot keep people of color and there really isn’t a culture of collaboration. No creativity, and no autonomy. Good pay, bad leaders

Good company and team where it’s achievable to hit number without killing yourself but there’s not a lot of incentives like accelerators for high achievers.

They've recently done massive reorg, including lowering peoples base salary by 10s of thousands of dollars in order to go to a 60/40 split. Ontop of that they took 30% of all top accounts and moved them to new segment.
