Attainment looks great but I heard quotas for are very high, like $1m a quarter for Mid-Market. Are 70%+ of reps in *Mid-Market* really closing $1m+ a quarter? That's an incredible amount of revenue even for an Enterprise / Strategic rep.

More QuestionsWhat is the ramp time and how is the culture? Is it cutthroat to where you will be PIP'd out if you miss a quarter? Or is it a coaching and development culture? I understand Atlassian recently went through significant changes, including to territories and comp. How are people feeling about them? Is now a good time to join the company?
