Product is great and people generally want to see you succeed. Lots of changes and improvements needed and turnover has been very high.

Highly political, clique driven management from an "old guard" constantly interfered with the company's sales strategy. Managers routinely had their authority usurped by people higher up in the company. Expectations are nonsensical and often contradictory. This created a revolving door on the team where several people were hired then PIPed out of the same position.
