Overall working at Asana has been a great experience. We did go through a lot of turn over for reps as folks were not hitting their number. New CRO and leadership is giving people excitement and they are changing many aspect for the better.

If you can crack the code, the OTE is incredible. Most folks are not able to hit quote in the MM AE team.

It’s been great so far but I think it really depends on which team you are on. Would recommend highly, and I feel confident sales leaders are making effective change towards making us successful.
