My overall experience was good. However, with an influx of competition and high-growth demands for the Chicago office, sales had severely dropped and they ended up going through rounds of lay-offs.

Asana pays well, if you hit quota. Which has been a struggle the last couple years. They have incredibly high quotas with decreasing ACV. ENT expansion ACV = $20k & ENT new biz ACV = $8k.
