There are no accelerators once quota is hit, which is unfortunate and a little behind the times. They could really stand to revamp their comp plans to be more competitive in today’s market. The entire company has been remote for 20+ years which is nice.

Executive management is disconnected from the needs of the employees. New mgmt came in and wiped out a 'once beautiful' culture. Appears family oriented and human centric but isn't. High pressure on sales. Sales leaders are definitely disconnected from teams. Was once a company to make good money in, but no longer so.

Company has gone through numerous changes during my tenure as they march toward eventually IPO. Still a great company, with a great product, but the management and comp structure could be better.
