Company has gone through numerous changes during my tenure as they march toward eventually IPO. Still a great company, with a great product, but the management and comp structure could be better.

Pros: work/life balance is hard to beat Cons: The revenue/sales date ops team is unfortunately very inexperienced which has resulted in mismanagement of territories and quotas. Executive management is disconnected from the needs of the employees. New mgmt came in and wiped out a 'once beautiful' culture. Appears family oriented and human centric but isn't. High pressure on sales. Sales leaders are definitely disconnected from teams. Was once a company to make good money in, but no longer so.

There are no accelerators once quota is hit, which is unfortunate and a little behind the times. They could really stand to revamp their comp plans to be more competitive in today’s market. The entire company has been remote for 20+ years which is nice.
