Pros: work/life balance is hard to beat Cons: The revenue/sales date ops team is unfortunately very inexperienced which has resulted in mismanagement of territories and quotas. It has become very difficult to actually make your OTE or to feel motivated. There are no accelerators once quota is hit, which is unfortunate and a little behind the times. They could really stand to revamp their comp plans to be more competitive in today’s market. The entire company has been remote for 20+ years which is nice.
