Cons: The revenue/sales date ops team is unfortunately very inexperienced which has resulted in mismanagement of territories and quotas. It has become very difficult to actually make your OTE or to feel motivated. Territory data is a mess and reps are frequently not compensated for organic deals that should be credited toward their territories. Quotas have become increasingly unrealistic. The moral and well being of the sales team has become a low priority and sales/revenue leadership rarely seeks feedback from the field on how to improve. They have been throwing money at “quick fixes” like third party lead generation companies instead of actually acknowledging or investing in fixing the core problems within the sales org.
