The people here are amazing and the product is solid. There are typical growth struggles for a mid sized org. RTO is very inequitable and people aren’t treated the same about office absences. Currently switching benefit providers and the healthcare plans/provider have gotten worse.

Okay place to get your foot at the door in SaaS. Quotas are often unrealistic & sales DNA is limited. Your success depends on your region & investment of resources in that region.
