The experience was horrible, as the company lags transparency in roles and processes. The upper management is not aware of ground reality and managers often play their own music whether you like it or not.

Okay place to get your foot at the door in SaaS. Quotas are often unrealistic & sales DNA is limited. Your success depends on your region & investment of resources in that region.
