Pros: Appian has an amazingly powerful product. Most mature platform in the enterprise low-code app dev market. Surrounded by incredibly smart people and culture is great. Cons: No inbound leads. Marketing still needs work here.

Mass layoffs of the sales team in July 2024, including the entire SDR org and mid-market team. They also cut RVPs who were great performers in the name of “flattening the org structure.” There is still a lot of pipeline but morale is low.
