If you are looking to be a sales rep, look elsewhere. Maybe 25% hit quota and that's from upgrading existing enterprise customers. 90% of new reps do not close a new logo deal in their first 18 months. Interesting product, but leadership has been terrible the past 4 years. Currently going through a ton of organizational change. If you want a healthy structure and learning environment as an AE, stay away.
