Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Stated goal of the CEO is to be the most expensive platform, as he believes Appian delivers more value in what has become an increasingly commoditized space. Appian's license model doesn't work for customers (cant scale/too complicated and expensive ), and the company is slamming clients with 12-15% uplifts on renewals. Appian is lacking customer obsession and a go to market strategy that works. Pipeline development is anemic at best, they just fired the entire SDR team in July and marketing barely exists so an AE is on their own. Only 10-15% of AEs hit their quota...and their are a lot of very smart well qualified AEs at Appian. Browse Other Reviews
