AppFolio was great a few years back. Things have changed for the worse. New CEO is all about being people back into the office, had mass layoffs for the first time under his leadership, goal posts get moved further each year. Basically had a bunch of ex-Salesforce guys come in who didn’t know jack about how to set realistic goals and what really enabled our culture...Read More

AppFolio WAS a great place to work prior to around 2021. Since then, the culture that made it so wonderful has been stomped out by new leadership (VP of Sales, President, etc) who have been brought in.
