sales and marketing are fighting with each other, lots of layoffs due to over expenses, leadership team not alligned, my personal manager pretty horrible at sales or mentoring so limited growth

Great place to start your career as a BDR/SDR but highly recommend you take your two years and jump out! Leadership is a mess and there is a misalignment between sales and business development.

I'm surprised that Appfolio still has really great reviews. They shackle you to the office, offer small base pay, long hours, quota attainment is a joke. Sure the culture is awesome and the leaders are legit, but I can't personally overlook all of the other things like impossible quotas/OTEs.
