Tiny deal sizes with large monthly quotas and very limited support for sales team. You’re basically on your own and monthly packaging options makes it quite difficult to create large ARR opportunities. There’s no lead scoring engine for inbound (random round robin that isn’t even aligned to geographies…. I’m based on the IS and most of my calls are with tiny companies in India or Pakistan) or thought out territories. New management doesn’t understand the product or business and just sells you on the dream of what Apollo could be vs the reality of the situation (trying to be so too much without enough product-market fit across the full platform functionality).
One of the worst instances of Salesforce CRM I’ve ever experienced (tons of duplicate accounts and opportunities with no clear owner).
No consistency - pricing & packaging, functionality, and quotas are constantly changing on a quarterly basis. Browse Other Reviews
