Pros: Fully remote Awesome product Tons of inbound - don’t have to do a ton of prospecting (this is also partially with help from using the product too) Offsites are typically international for US Coworkers are cool Cons: Leadership isn’t strong - all over the place, constantly making changes then changing their minds At the moment, not a ton of room for growth No professional development at all

From a comp perspective they’re fine. What was most challenging was their immature/unacceptable approach to prospecting and handling customers.
