Pros: Fully remote Awesome product Tons of inbound - don’t have to do a ton of prospecting (this is also partially with help from using the product too) Offsites are typically international for US Coworkers are cool Cons: Leadership isn’t strong - all over the place, constantly making changes then changing their minds At the moment, not a ton of room for growth No professional development at all

Overall, product is fantastic. Coworkers had your back. Easily get along with teammates for continued learning. Only drawback is room for growth was limited.

From a comp perspective they’re fine. What was most challenging was their immature/unacceptable approach to prospecting and handling customers.
