The market for this product is shaky and the way this company is set up is very interesting. For how big the company is, I would expect better management and leadership at the manager/director level. C-Suite knows what they're doing. Many people left within the time that I have been there. Internal promotion is unheard of even for the best performing SDRs. Sales org and gtm team are on completely different pages and the culture seemed to vanish right in front of our very eyes; feels forced at this point. This is not a rant out of spite, I am still at the company, I am just speaking on the true nature of the company as things stand. But perhaps the biggest issue of them all? Enablement. The enablement process is terrible. It teaches you how to go through the day to day as an SDR but teaches you almost nothing about what Anaplan truly is; a very complex tool. You know it's bad when your leader says you don't even need to truly understand the product to sell it, that was my first red flag. I wouldn't recommend this company for an SDR; MAYBE for an AE.

You can earn good money with Anaplan and the product is very strong. If you can make compromises when it comes to culture and personal development, this is the right place for you.
