Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption. Great place to work - can have a pretty hierachachical structure, depending on whether you are in a good team it can have some cultural issues. However if you can source, prospect and lead you will do well.
