Overall experience with AWS is great. The customers respect you and value your opinion. Less about selling deals for end of month and closing a bunch of contracts (except if its ProServe) and more about driving consumption of services. Sometimes the goals in certain verticals is unrealistic but this comes in waves. Deff more of a ceiling than a startup but a good mix of variable, stock and work life balance.
