Learn a lot about cloud and IT very fast. Very competitive. Definitely work hard to hit quota - not a great work-life balance. Feel a lot of pressure. Great base + bonus + RSUs

My overall experience was good. The layoffs were and continue to be brutal for so many people. I loved the opportunity to help customers in the way I did in a senior role. The possibilities are endless if you have good leadership at AWS.

Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption.
