Terrible sales culture if you want a traditional software sales experience. Amazon LPs and the amount of internal writing/processes you have to do in order to be a high performer is mind blowing, so be prepared. You can make a good total comp with RSUs included.

Enterprise segment accounts can be hit or miss. Large contracts (10M+) and spifs makeup for the comp gap. Internal promotion is very difficult and tedious - you need to come in as an L6 to have portability internally.
