No direction from leadership. Comp plans for sales people getting drastically cut back. 10x more work and sales required for less upside pay than before

A machine that could work well if everyone wasn't pressured to innovate, which turns into way too many things cooking and nothing being perfected which shows in the market. Managers are predators once moved into mgr role - used to be collaborative environment is now an arena for sparring for favor and avoiding being pipped.
