I was lucky to have excellent managers, but I’ve heard from people that things can go south fast if your manager is not good. Amazon is pushing hard for employees to go back to the office, which has created a lot of uncertainty and decrease my level of satisfaction working for this company

Culture is declining quick. The return to office 5 days a week is only adding to this decline. Constantly looking for way to cut cost at the expense of its employees.
