I was lucky to have excellent managers, but I’ve heard from people that things can go south fast if your manager is not good. Amazon is pushing hard for employees to go back to the office, which has created a lot of uncertainty and decrease my level of satisfaction working for this company

Plenty of support and development opportunities. Sales engineers are non-commission roles which can be good or bad on incentive alignment.
