AWS is still a great place to work after 4 years, I enjoy the sales culture, people I work with, and the company continues to deliver for customers. Once you establish yourself at AWS, you can take your career anywhere internally or externally as I have been promoted 3 times during my tenure. The downsides to consider, culture is very different than other companies and the promo process can be dragging.

great company to work for and a great stepping stone. the once gravy train has definitely slowed down. Amazing run rate business so not as stressful as most people tend to hit or come close to plan.
