Terrible sales culture if you want a traditional software sales experience. Amazon LPs and the amount of internal writing/processes you have to do in order to be a high performer is mind blowing, so be prepared. You can make a good total comp with RSUs included.

Many changes, very fast. Company does not appreciate employees and frequently changes sales compensation plans, significantly limiting earnings potential.
