My overall experience was wildly uneven. Ones experience is entirely dictated by your direct manager, and if you are there long enough it's Russian roulette. There is no company wide culture of human decency or respect. It is entirely dependent on your team.

If you get a leader who is all about him or herself, and leveling themselves up….then you’re just a number and either a way to show they can cut fat or use you to make themselves look good.
