My overall experience was wildly uneven. Ones experience is entirely dictated by your direct manager, and if you are there long enough it's Russian roulette. There is no company wide culture of human decency or respect. It is entirely dependent on your team.

Poor culture, great pay. You will be worked to the bone and work/life balance is non-existent but those quarterly commission checks will keep you coming back.
