Bad leadership decisions made in a vacuum, high turnover, no consistent managers, changes every year. Seems like decisions and changes are made with a coin flip. Level system not great for sales.

The culture is very toxic. I has my fair share of cut throat colleagues, inexperienced managers who have lack of leadership skills, micromanagement. There is lack of trust in leadership.
