Bad leadership decisions made in a vacuum, high turnover, no consistent managers, changes every year. Seems like decisions and changes are made with a coin flip. Level system not great for sales.

terrible management. the cheetah obsessed "leader" of the Chicago area is out of touch and almost never around. Leads using fear tactics. The managers are running around trying to please him and mainly worried about their own jobs. Absolutely no training when starting.
