Miserable place to work, good place to make money. Lots of politicking and backstabbing, deceit and dishonesty. My manager is the heart of the cultural issues. Not a good human, very fake.

Great place to work - can have a pretty hierachachical structure, depending on whether you are in a good team it can have some cultural issues. However if you can source, prospect and lead you will do well.
