Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption. Really strong brand good support functions and an incredible product market fit

Poor culture in the face of hard economic times. Layoffs, new comp plans with largely unattainable quotas, and forced relocation for employees who were promised remote work is diminishing morale and productivity.
